Eating a bit more will help with the weight loss. It is very important to heal even if it is frustrating don't worry it will come off.Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02178726728920889457noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3657555597138635049.post-36804006905140718722010-04-09T23:38:15.056-07:002010-04-09T23:38:15.056-07:00I could have written the same post. I lost over 4 pounds that first week. Your poor body thinks you're starving to death. I recently added hummus since it's a somewhat fatty food and I really think it's helped me. But from what I've read it seems like most people go through this healing period so try not to get too upset.Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00603681230277050772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3657555597138635049.post-86636392995191128002010-04-09T06:08:16.579-07:002010-04-09T06:08:16.579-07:00Hi Alison

I upped my calorie intake when it happened and that seemed to do the trick; have a look at my blog postings for the beginning of Feb to see that I was going through the same thing as you. And, although it's easy to say, try not to get too downhearted about it: this is a long journey and it's a bumpy one too but, ultimately, we will get there!Justinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17888014986650598361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3657555597138635049.post-627511759305335582010-04-09T05:00:55.077-07:002010-04-09T05:00:55.077-07:00Thanks both, I guess that it could be the sodium a...Thanks both, I guess that it could be the sodium as i'm using preprepared soups, i've been ok with water but will try and drink more. Don't let the negative thoughts drive you crazy. This will work, it just takes time.
Hang in there - where you are was the hardest part for me - for *exactly* the same reason.
(((Hugs)))Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00825425735172749255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3657555597138635049.post-60473535393352772002010-04-09T04:35:57.318-07:002010-04-09T04:35:57.318-07:00Some soups tend to be high is sodium which can cau...Some soups tend to be high is sodium which can cause bloating-are you drinking enough water?

I hated liquids. :)Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09210759567767466760noreply@blogger.com
