A new dress! Posted a few Chick...What a lucky girl! A new dress! Posted a few Chicken recipes and one for kale...iron and all. 206 is fabulous..but I know you want less. Wish I had some great words of wisdom but you might up for calories with good foods for a day or two...and then drop it back to 1200. Like add 200-300 with a protein shake or yogurt.
